What's a FREAKBIKE MILITIA?
This is probably the easiest and the toughest question ever asked! The easy answer would be, A group of people who ride weird bikes. But it's more complicated than that!
It's actually a group of CRAZY people from all over the world who ride weird bikes!
Well, the real answer can only be appreciated by those who have built a FreakBike or have ridden one. The FreakBike Militia is first and foremost all about having fun with your bikes and others! Many take pride in their endeavors to build the ultimate bike for their riding pleasures. While others may build a bike for the sole purpose of having people point and laugh at them! Whatever their reasons, very seldom do you NOT see a bunch of smiling faces cruising down the streets when the FBM hits your town!
The Freakyness is not limited to just the bikes! Many of the cruises are themed and riders are encouraged to get a little Freaky and dress up for the ride. There's almost always some type of sideshow before, during or after each cruise. Contests may range from little bike (PIXIE) racing to a bike show, to anything that requires the contestants to
make a total fool of themselves!

What's a FREAKBIKE?
FreakBikes can range from a simple customized cruiser, to a chop-n-flop frame with extended forks, to a fully fabricated, dragster tired, threewheeled tall bike turned into a mobile BBQ with wetbar and surroundsound! O.K. so the last seems a little far fetched .... or does it?
